4) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE
DISTRICT. (SUBDIVISION PLAT NOTES ALSO ATTACHED FOR OWNER BUILDER AWARENESS)
6) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REQUIRED. 1,500 PSF SOIL BEARING CAPACITY. SUPPLY REPORT TO

BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FIRST FOOTING INSPECTION.
7) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING, IF ANY, AND FIELD WELDING REQUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR.
