Hi Kar[, They are representing it is strictty for private use to maintain the agricutturaI property. Say they have [ots of targe equipment. Not a commercial business use or operation as represented. I am not mandating the fire sprinktering due to a recorded pl.at note. They are, however, votuntarily ptanning to sprinkl.er the buitding. Presume for their own protection of property and (probabty for insurance underwriting purposes and needs). Hi Colleen, Yes this building falls into the unincorporated area just north of our district line. We will still respond to emergencies. We have in the past worked with sprinkler review and approvals in High Aspen Ranch which is also unincorporated. Glade that they are interested in a fire-suppression system. Question, what is the intention of the equipment lifts? Are there plans to have a commercial repair garage (S-1)? lf not and just for agriculture barn a fire-suppression system is not required.
