0n Qctober 23,2023 the Board of Adjustment approved the front yard setback request from
Sopris Properties LLC. for parcel # 2393-27 4-00-027 '
The Applicant requested a reduction of the front yard setback from 50 feet to 25 feet along
Highway 82. The Resolution memorializing the approval has not been approved by the BOA as
they have not meet since the meeting.
The approval included the following conditions:
Conditions of Approval
1,. All representations made by the Applicant in the application shall be conditions of approval
unless specifically altered by the Board of Adjustment.
2. Provide a final site plan demonstrating approved setback of 25-feet from Highway B2 at the
time of building permit.
3. That the Applicant shall provide a geotechnical study at the time of building permit.
