The Resolution memorializing the approval has not been approved by the BOA as they have not meet since the meeting. The approval included the following conditions: Conditions of Approval 1,. All representations made by the Applicant in the application shall be conditions of approval unless specifically altered by the Board of Adjustment. 2. Provide a final site plan demonstrating approved setback of 25-feet from Highway B2 at the time of building permit. 3.
