Gounty Community Development Department front desk in downtown Glenwood Springs, County
Administration Buitding 4th ftoor, attn: Ptans Examiner reference BLRE-06-24-8718 ALMAZON
3. For generatfeedback, as the proposed lot location previousty underwent a hearing process with
the Zoning Board of Adjustment, the resutting BOA RESOLUTION is stitl. in progress to go before
the BOA for signature and approval at their next scheduted meeting in July 2Q24. The
RESOLUTION witt become part of your buitding permit issuance and the RESOLUTION be affixed
to your issued FIELD COPY once it is made avaitabte. (The finat zoning sign off for the buitding
permit wit[ not occur until, this is compl.eted).
