8. Share with your Structural Engineer: Engineering details depict a shallow
oundation design that does not appear to be frost protected (only 12
inches depth and no insulation details provided for frost heave). Furnish
Engineer's wet stamped REVISED FOUNDATION design with method of
frost protection, insulation details, proposed shallow foundation depth and
adequate frost depth to meet the site's overall building elevation.

elevations less than 8,000 ft, require a minimum Pf roof snow load of 40
PSF. 40 PSF ground snow load with 28 PSF roof snow load is inadequate.
