During these visits, they observed the ongoing structural construction to ensure it generally conformed with the structural construction documents. Based on our site observations, Slopeside Engineers has no exceptions to the foundations or framing. The structure appears to be constructed in general conformance with the structural documents. All other concerns are outside of the scope of this letter. This includes any non-structural related concerns, such as, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, environmental concerns (water, mold/mildew, hazardous or toxic materials, etc), soils, soils special inspection requirements, subgrade preparation, or other structural issues. Please note that this letter is based solely on visual observations and requires certain assumptions and conclusions. It does not address aspects of the structure that were not visible during the site visits or any future modifications. Absolute causes and conclusions cannot be guaranteed from this type of inspection. Slopeside Engineers conducted the field visit with the standard skill and care typical of firms in this area. The purpose was to check for general conformity to the construction documents, not to investigate each unique framing condition. Therefore, no warranties or guarantees are implied regarding complete conformity to the construction documents. This letter does not replace county-required inspections or project-specific special inspection requirements as noted in the construction documents. If any conditions are found that conflict with the assumptions in this letter, please contact Slopeside Engineers immediately. This letter is confidential and intended for the exclusive use of the client listed above. No other person or entity may use this letter without the prior written consent of Slopeside Engineers. This letter will expire 6 months from the date of issuance. Please notify Slopeside Engineers if we can be of further assistance.
