Wildfire Mitiqation
Wildfire mitigation will not be an issue because there is very little vegetation capable of
burning near the project location.
Water Tap
Water will be provided to the residence from an existing water hydrant fed by a private
well. Under the authority of Permit BLRE-06-23-81671, the licensed plumbing
contractor has buried and covered the water supply line from the hydrant to the existing
foundation.
OWTS
The plumbing contractor has completed construction of the Onsite Waste Distribution
System under the authority of OWTS Permit SEP-8172.
Electrical Permit
Power will be supplied to the residence by an underground line that has been buried for
approximately 250'from a power pole to the building. The electrical contractor is
Always On Electric (Colorado State Electrical Board Permit 998651). The line was
approved by a local Electrical Board inspector prior to burying the line.

ENERGY COMPLIANCE
This proposal seeks approval to construct an 850-sq ft residence within a previously-
approved 2,100-sq ft steel building. The steel building is in the process of being erected
and it should be completed around July 20,2024.
An electric water heater will supply hot water to the residence. Building heat will be
provided by a baseboard electric heater located in each of the main room, the
bathroom, the bedroom, and the closeUlaundry room. Ventilation into the building will
be via five (5) 12-sq ft windows opening to the outside. Additional ventilation will be
added as needed based on ambient conditions. Dissipation of interior building heat will
be addressed by the installation of electric ceiling exhaust fans located in the main living
area (n=2), the bathroom (n=1), the bedroom (n=1), and the closeVlaundry room (n=1).
All ventilation will exhaust into the interior of the metal building encasing the residence.
