the Owner, must be provided with this Application.

purposes of inspections by the Buli[ding Division.
Other Permits. Multiple separate perrnits may be required: (L) State Electrical Perrnit, {2} County OWTS Permit,
(3) another permit required for use on the property identitled ahove, e.g- State or County Highway/ Road Access
or a State Wastewater Discharge Permit.
Void Permit. A Buildlng Permit hecornes null and void if the work authorized is not comrnenced wlthin 180 days
of the date of issuance and if work is sr,rspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after cornrnencernent.

understand that the Building DMsion accepts the Application, along with the plans and specifications and other data
subrnitted by me or on my behalf (subminals), based upon my certification as to accuracl. Assuming completeness
of the submittals and approval of this Application, a Br.lilding Permit will be issued granting permission to me as
Owner, to construct the structune(s) and facilities detailed on the submittals reviewed by the Building Division. [n
consideration of the issuance of the Building PermiE I agree that I and my agents will cornply with provisions of any
federal, state or local law regulating the work and the Garfield County Building Code, OW'TS regulations and
applicable land use negulations {County Regulation(s}). All County development requiring a permit. except for
residential uses are subject to Article 7 of the Land Use and Development Code- I acknowledge that the Building
Permit may be suspended or revoked, upon notice f,rorn the County. if the location, construction or use of the
structure(s) and fucility(ies), described abovg are not in cornpliance with County Regulation(s) or any other
