Attached and as described herein are the installation records, QC test records, and modulus load test results. The installation was documented and reported by a third-party Quality Control (QC) technician from GROUND Engineering Consultants. We have reviewed the installation records and test results to verify compliance with our design documents and specifications. The purpose of this letter is to document our review of the installation records and document approval of the Geopier system as installed. Based on the complete installation records including the modulus load test, we conclude that the Geopier system installation followed design requirements and specifications. Production Geopier element installation is complete and was performed in the same manner as the test element installation. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project.
