found #5 rebar and 1.25" orange plastic cap P.L.S. # 28643, as shown.
4) Basis of Survey: The Final Plat of Springridge Reserve P.U.D. filed on
April 15, 2008 in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield County,
as Reception No. 746495, various documents of record, and the found survey
monuments, as shown.
5) This survey does not constitute a title search by Sopris Engineering, LLC (SE)
to determine ownership or easements of record. For all information items
described in note 4. No title commitment was used in the preparation of the
survey.
6) The linear unit used in the preparation of this plat is the U.S. survey foot as
defined by the United States Department of Commerce, National Institute of
Standards and Technology.
7) Basis of Elevation: The site benchmark which is based on the elevation
