10) NO NEW STRUCTURAL FRAMTNG OR FOUNDATION DETATLS PROVIDED. ORIGINAL
BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED / INSPECTED UNDER THE 2015 IRC / IBC CODES. IF ANY
STRUCTURAL MEMBERS ARE ENCOUNTERED DURING DEMOLITION, STRUCTURAL
ENGINEERS WET STAMP DETAIL MAY BE REOUIRED, IT SHALL BE AT DISCRETION OF THE
