Courtesy Update for CONLEY project team:
I've compteted the initiat code comptiance review for your residentiaI project and have some questions
before I finish 'red [ines' and move the apptication and FIELD COPY forward to be issued:
QUESTTONS:
1. What is the site el,evation in feet above sea [evel, for the proposed garage / tiving addition site? I'm
l,ooking through the architectural, and structuraI sheets and find no reference (says 100'0" = V.l.F.
Site)NDG - the etevations we had were att retative to 1 00' based on existing drawing information.
We have ascertained the actual etevation to be 5775' as it retates to 100'

2. 51.0 references an historic geotechnical report, however none is found in the appl.ication
fol,der. Ptease forward a copy of historic CTL Thompson report GS06486-000.120 dated
9.11 .202Q directly to my email account at: erryirth@gartle,td_ecunty.com. NDG - See attached
report
3. From architectural ptans by NDG, I understand the existing home exterior wit[ receive a re-roof
and new stucco (save for, if any, spaced siding specified), correct? NDG - This is not correct. The
drawings do not indicate new for the existing home. The existing materia[s are to be patched in
with new as needed during construction. Al,l, materiats, with exception to the introduction of wood
siding is to match the existing home (ie. Stucco and Roofing)
3.a. New roof and new siding / stucco are inctuded as part of the current work scope,
correct? NDG - For the addition, correct.
3.b. New roof I siding / stucco is not a future phase of work to start (or be compteted) some whil,e
later after Garfietd County buitding inspectors perform finaI inspections on this current buitding
permit, correct? NDG - Correct.
4. Witt the garage / tiving addition resutt in deletion or etimination of an existing crawl space access?
NDG - No the crawt space access is on the opposite side of the house.
5. Wit[ newwork scope inctude adding, moving or instatting new equipment or apptiances in the
existing house crawt space? NDG - N, at[ new HVAC equipment wil.l. be located in the addition
6. The submitted buitding apptication form lists describe work: "addition of 2 car garage and
master".
6.a. Witt there be any further remodeting of the existing home's interior room spaces? lf so,
ptease expound. NDG - No.
6.b. Witt there be any changes to room uses within the existing home's interior l,iving spaces? lf
so, ptease expound. NDG - One of the existing bedrooms is becoming a sitting/hangout room
since the access from the upper levet witt be crossing through it.
Requested Action:
No resubmitted futt size architectural or structurat sheets are requested nor required at this time
