This fixture had multiple acceptable certifications from legitimate testing agencies. I am excepting the criteria and allowing the installation of this fixture. Teresa, Would you please see that this info and my determination gets into Laserfiche for 69 Weeping Willow, BLRE-04-22-7493 Thank you, John Plano Chief Building Official Garfield County Building Department 108 8th Street #401 Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 (970) 945-1377 Ext. 1560 From: richard rjstumpf.com <richard@rjstumpf.com> Sent: Friday, August 2, 2024 4:35 PM To: John Plano <jplano@garfield-county.com> Cc: Julie Fadden <julie.fadden@comcast.net> Subject: Fadden - 69 Weeping Willow - Instant Hot Specifications John, Thanks for your time today. Per our conversation, here are the specifications for the instant hot unit. Per the specification, the handle appears to be a two motion activation. “Activate the faucet handle by first pressing down and then pushing back for hot water or pulling forward for cool water” Pulling forward for cool water is a safety measure for kids as you wouldn’t accidently pull it towards you and get scalded. As I mentioned, two of Julie’s kids are in college and the third is in high school. Please advise if this would be acceptable for installation on a small bar sink by itself. Thanks, Richard Stumpf
