1 . Owner's submitted vatuation of work on the appl,ication form lists either $t 20,000.00 or
$ZZO,OOO.O0 - struggl.ing to read the handwritten script on the apptication form. Ptease confirm
submitted owner's anticipated buitding vatuation for new work being considered under this
buitding apptication. Ha! Yes, it is the 120K number - that woutd be a pretty fancy garage at
720k|
2. DESCRIBE WORK lists "2 car tandem garage" owner contractor.

2.a. SITE PLAN sheet with garage schematic 03/27/2024 inctudes a GARAGE (Phase 2) adjacent to the
existing residence yes , ptus an existing buitt attached (garage) shop atong with a RESIDENTIAL ENTRY
(Phase 2) AND a separate 16.1 by 25.5 detached garage on site.
2.a.i. You ARE constructing the adjacent 714.90 sq ft garage, correct? Yes. The other shed actuatty is
existing, and owner ptans to keep it as is.
2.a.ii. You are NOT touching or doing any atterations to the 16.1 x 25.5 ft detached garage, correct?

2.a.iii. You are NOT touching, attering nor converting the existing use or occupancy of the primary
residence's attached garage now ( Labeted "shop"), correct? Correct.
2.b. Are you adding, attering or otherwise doing ANY new work to space marked RESIDENTIAL ENTRY
(Phase 2) shown in the primary residence? lf so, ptease expound. No. They ul,timatety want to add it, but
it woutd be a '26 project I bet. The onty thing they are doing this poermis is the tandem Garage.
2.c. Are you proposing any NEW interior remodetwork to the primary residence (incl,uding but not
timited to any new deck or roof projections) under this work scope? lf so, ptease expound. No - onl.y the
garage.
3. Stapl.ed behind EVOLVE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS plan sheets are GRADING SHEETS 1-4 dated
6124/2024 depicting a 88 ft Long by 10 ft high proposed permanent soil, nail, wat[ location next to the
adjacent garage construction. Are you anticipating the soiI naiI watt to be permitted and finaled out
concurrentty with this garage permit? Yes. Owners were having issues with surface runoff going towards
the house, and the soil naitwatl attowed them to deal with that.
3.a. is the soiI naitwatl, atready instatted and atready inspected by Donal,d Berger PE of Rock Sol,id
Sol.utions? Yes - was done before I submitted the permit for the Garage. lt was engineered and instatted
by Rock Sotid.
