At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the building, the new concrete 1,000-gallon two- compartment septic tank with an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the tank, the new effluent line, and the single gravelless chamber trench. The septic tank was installed level with access brought to grade. The trench consisted of 8 Quick4 chambers (96 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of the trench. We received an as-built drawing of the constructed system and a letter certifying that the system was constructed in compliance with the permitted design from the OWTS designer dated March 12, 2024. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
