Cotteen - The pergol,a and outdoor Living area addition is 'a pergota over an existing concrete patio'. There
is no encroachment on the septic system/teach fietd, as the pergota is intended to be buitt to cover the
hardscape that atready exists.
Steve - Do you have an lmprovement Location Certificate or Existing Conditions Survey? These generatty
come with the sate of the property, yet you buil,t the home and may not have this information. I don't
recatl seeing a site ptan in any of the drawings that you had of the house.
