Supplemental drawings were provided to Colleen Wirth by Dustin Anderson at Peak Architecture LLC on Tuesday, August 20 in both digital and hard copy form (two sets of hard copies). These drawings showed clarifications listing storage areas on A 1 00 and A 101 as clouded REVI . 2. As this is the larger of two existing residential dwellings on the parcel, am I correct in a presumption this is to remain the PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING on the property? Yes, that is correct. 2.a. Will this remodeled historic farmhouse remain a single-family residence for 'private use only' by the property owner, family members or owner's guests? Yes, that is correct. 2.b. Please also respond / confirm the renovated building is NOT intended for occupancy or use as a commercial business operation, place of employment or other non-residential use(s). Yes. 3.a. If so, I'll need written confirmation from the owner or owner's representative stating approximate known distance in feet from the existing residential dwelling (under review) to such features. Please see the attached screen shots taken from, and links to, the Colorado Oil and Gas Information System (COGIS) energy and carbon management website, which show the wells on this parcel that are in the near vicinity of the existing residential dwelling.
