Sorry, after further examination of main tevel ftoor plan 4101 - see room 107 Labeted 'Office" -- it
appears the proposed office will not meet 2015 IRC Section R304 minimum room areas for habitable
rooms. ( Details submitted show less than 70 sq ft and [ess than 7 ft horizontal, dimension.)
