White I was, unfortunately, not abte to tocate a reference to your tocat job site etevation, Garfietd County GIS
Mapping (LAND EXPLORER) topography map depicts this parcel somewhere between 6,200 and 6,400 ft in
elevation. Does that sound accurate? Ptease confirm.
As no foundation frost protection detait was included on your ptan drawings, we don't yet have adequate
information to assure the instattation witt meet Garfield County's adopted frost depth at your given site
etevation. See attached PDF for tocalty adopted frost depth.
REQUESTED CORRECTION:
1. Submit a REVISED engineer's shatlow foundation design detait that shows proposed stab insutation
materiat and proposed R-vatues where foundation design does not meet 36-inch minimum depth; OR,
2. Submit a REVISED engineer's footing foundation detait with a futt 36-inch minimum frost depth provided
