l'm reviewing the submittaI for the townhome remodel 14913 Hwy 82 Unit 102. I need more information
to continue the review.
1) The new stairs from the Upper Levet to the loft are being framed over a space open to betow.
Ptease provide framing detail.s for the stairs.
2) Ptease provide adequate information on the ptans to verify 6'8" head ctearance is provided at the
watk [ine of the stairs.
3) The Loft appears to be a new ftoor levet. Ptease provide ftoor framing detaits for the [oft.
4) Ptease provide cross sections of the new loft to verify code comptiant head ctearances are being
obtained.
5) Ptease provide adequate detait to verify the Loft has an emergency escape opening (egress
window).
I think the request is ctear, but let me know if ctarification is needed

continue the review.
L. The new stairs from the Upper Level to the loft are being framed over a space open to below. Please
provide framing details for the stairs. - Please see attached plan.
2. Please provide adequate information on the plans to verify 6'8" head clearance is provided at the walk
line of the stairs. - Please see attached photo for unconventional information.
3. The loft appears to be a new floor level. Please provide floor framing details for the loft. - Please see
attached plan.
4. Please provide cross sections of the new loft to verify code compliant head clearances are being
obtained. - Please see attached photo for unconventional information.
5. Please provide adequate detail to verify the loft has an emergency escape opening (egress window). -
Loft is less than 70 sq ft. and will be used as office/storage
