Parcel 217915300489) Garfield County, Colorado Project No. GS06684.000E-345 CTLIThompson, Inc. (CTLIT) visited the site of the Duffy Residence being constructed at 1360 County Road 331 in Garfield County, Colorado on August 16, 2024. The purpose of our site visit was to observe the footing subgrade soils in the foundation excavation for the resi- dence. The subgrade soil consisted of structural fill comprised of the on -site sandy clay. A pho- tograph of the site, prior to fill placement, is below. Foundation excavation looking northwest CTLIThompson, Inc. performed a geotechnical engineering investigation for the Duffy Residence (Project No. GS06684.000-120; report dated August 16, 2024). Our report recom- mended that the soils below footings be subexcavated to a depth of 2 feet below bottom of foot- ing elevation and replaced as densely compacted, structural fill. Our representative tested mois- ture content and density of the structural fill during placement. Our site observations and test re- sults indicate the structural fill was placed in general conformance with project specifications. CTLIThompson, Inc.
