4) ALL DOWNCAST LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCASTAND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS OF THE COLORADO STATE FOREST
SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
6) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FTRST FOOTING INSPECTION, ',I,500 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACITY -- ATTACHED IS KUMAR & ASSOCIATES AUGUST 30,2024
OBSERVATION OF PIT EXCAVATION. EXCAVATION FOR THE ADDITION SCOPE MUST
BE WEATHER PROTECTED FROM ELEMENTS.. KEPT FREE OF STANDING WATER, MUD,
FROST, SNOW OR OTHER ORGANIC MATERIAL OR DEBRIS SLOUGHING INTO
EXCAVATED AREA).
7) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERTNG FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR AT
TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION.
B) NO SECOND KITCHEN IN RENOVATED BASEMENT AREA.
9) WET BAR: AN AREA OF A ROOM THAT IS DESIGNED TO BE USED FOR SERVING OF
BEVERAGES, THAT MAY ONLY HAVE A SINGLE BAR SINK AND NO STANDARD SIZE KITCHEN
APPLIANCES SUCH AS A STOVE, OVEN, DISHWASHER OR FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR.
COUNTER SPACE IS LIMITED TO 25 SOUARE FEET.

AUGUST 15,2024. DEFERRED STRUCTURAL ENGINEERED PLAN DETAILS FOR 'FIELD
CHANGES' AND TH E'AS-BU I LT CONSTRUCTION' ARE ANTICIPATED FOR TH IS PROJECT.
IT SHALL REMAIN AT THE JUDGMENT AND FULL DISCRETION OF THE GARFIELD COUNTY
BUILDING INSPECTORS TO REOUIRE FURTHER ENGINEERED STAMPED DETAILS DURING
FORTHCOM I NG INSPECTIONS.
1 1) CURRENT SCOPE REVTEWED AS A ONE-FAMTLY DWELLTNG WITH PRTVATE RESTDENTTAL
USES ALLOWED IN RESIDENTIAL URBAN ZONE DISTRICT. FUTURE CHANGE TO BUILDING
USE OR OCCUPANCY, SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT AND LAND USE
CHANGE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ADOPTED CODES AND LAND USE REGULATIONS
IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
