MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST
SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY

APPLICATION AND REVIEWED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE
& BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
9) SUBMITTED FLOOR PLAN SHOW A NON-HABITABLE STORAGE SPACE ABOVE THE GARAGE
WITH NO RESIDENTIAL LIVING OR PROPOSED FINISHED PLUMBING FIXTURES. PLANS FOR
FUTURE ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT (ADU)SHALL REOUIRE SUBMISSION OF A SEPARATE
BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION FORM REFLECTING CHANGE TO OCCUPANCY ALONG
WITH AMENDED FRAMING AND FLOOR PLAN DETAILS; SAID CHANGES TO OCCUPANCY
WILL BE FULLY REVIEWED AND ASSIGNED A NEW BUILDING PERMIT NUMBER WITH
SEPARATE FEES CALCULATED FOR NEW SCOPE AT TIME OF THE FUTURE WORK.
