This Land Use Change Permit - Waiver from Standards is issued subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit A and in the Director's Decision Letter dated July 6,
2020, and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and other
applicable provisions of the Land Use and Development Code, as amended,
Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of
Garfield Gounty, Colorado.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
That all representations by the Applicant contained in the Application submittals
shall be conditions of approval unless specifically amended or modified by the
conditions contained herein.
The applicant is required to demonstrate compliance with the Building
Department's "Property Owner's Certificate of Compliance Accessory Dwelling
Unit (ADU)" at the time of building permit, which includes, but is not limited to,
confirmation of domestic water to serve the ADU.
