EXHIBIT "4" CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL That all representations by the Applicant contained in the Application submittals shall be conditions of approval unless specifically amended or modified by the conditions contained herein. The applicant is required to demonstrate compliance with the Building Department's "Property Owner's Certificate of Compliance Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)" at the time of building permit, which includes, but is not limited to, confirmation of domestic water to serve the ADU. 2
