The photo betow is not accurate but shows the concern. lf you find the existing deck is outside the 15' rear setback, I need a few things. . Wiil, this shade structure have a roof over the 4x6 rafters? The photo exampte provided appears to have a covering over the rafters. . physical. verification of the existing pier construction. Dig next to one to provide what's below grade. . provide a detait how the new posts wil,t be anchored to the existing piers. . provide a tedger detait showing how the new shade structure is fastened to the home with a fl,ashing detait. . ptease provide verification that the new windows compty with the current 2018 lnternational Energy Conservation Code (IECC), U30 insu[ation vatue minimum.
