GARAGE AGREEMENT
*Note: This form shall be signed by Property Owners who wish to obtain a
Building Permit to build a garage prior to construction of a residence,
/L state that the garage built as authorized by the
Building Permit for which I am now applying will be used exclusively for storage of automobiles
or personal possessions and not for any residential dwelling or commercial purposes.
I also state that a building permit for a residence on this property will be issued within twelve
(12) months of this Agreement.
