lf each restroom of the 6 proposed only generates 50 gallons per day on average, then the lot will be within
limits. A accurate meter measuring this discharge is essential.

I originatty asked for something in writing from the provider attowing the addition of 6 restrooms then I got
my hands on the agreement.
ln my previous emptoyment each tenant space woutd require one EQR, but based on this agreement as
tong as they stay under the gattons per day attowance they are good to go.

Greetings. I am one of the managers of Waste Water Treatment Services, LLC, which is the provider of services
to Powerline Park PUD. A Wastewater Service Agreement was signed in 2000 with the developer of that
property. That document should be in the file for the approvalof that PUD. Pursuant to that agreement, in the
later years, the owners of all lots with the exception of Lot 1, purchased one EQR for each respective lot.
Specifically, the then owner of Lot 8, acquired one EQR for that lot. Under the terms of the service agreement,
one EQR equals a generation of not more than 300 gallons of waste per day.
lf you do not have access to the service agreement, I can provide a copy on my return from a trip to Wyoming
at the end of this week.

I have a permit apptication to divide one of Matt and Daves Van's buitdings into 6 separate tenant
spaces. This adds 6 additionaI restrooms to the existing buitding that originatty had one restroom
l've asked Mr. Kuersten to provide acknowtedgement from the wastewater provider approving the
addition of these restrooms, I received the attached agreement.
The owner and Mr. Kuersten states that you are the onty person authorized to approve the additionaI
fixtures. The agreement is for the entire 8 tots, I can't tett how many EQR's were attocated to this I'ot or if
an additionaI tap fee woutd be required for the additionat restrooms.
Anyway, if this e-mait reaches you, woutd you ptease let me know how you wou[d tike me to proceed.
