At the time of our site visit, the contractor had connected the sewer line to the new septic tanks, the two new poly 1,000-gallon two-compartment septic tank with a pump in the second chamber of the second tank, the control panel for the pump within line of site of the tanks, the new pump line, and the four gravelless chamber trenches. The septic tanks were installed level with access brought to grade. The trenches consisted of 20 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers per trench (80 total chambers, 960 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. We received an as-built drawing of the constructed system and a letter certifying that the system was constructed in compliance with the permitted design from the OWTS designer dated February 16, 2024. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
