At the time of our site visit, the homeowner had installed a new cleanout adjacent to the residence, a new 4” diameter SDR 35 sewer line, a new 1,500-gallon two-compartment concrete septic tank with an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the tank and a new distribution box connected to the existing STA at the property. The installed septic tank is found on the approved list of septic tanks by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and appeared to be installed level with access brought to grade. In our opinion, this tank was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. β€œTed” White, P.E.
