The total leakage of the ducts, where measured in accordance with Section R403.3.5, shall be as follows: 1.) Rough-in test: Total leakage shall be less than or equal to 3 CFM per 100 SF of conditioned floor area where air handler is not installed. Maximum allowable: 3 CFM x 1,158/100 sq ft = 32.74 CFM at 25 Pa - Note that SF is for ductwork servicing the upstairs only as this is the only ductwork that is outside of the thermal envelope. PASSES at 25.5 CFM at 25 Pa.
