unit will be used primarily for temporary housing for ranch workers in accordance with
your letter.
Any potential ,future sqle of your property needs to provide,,4oJlce/disglosure of the
limitations on the unit as housing for agricultural ranch employees.
ln summary, the Agricultural Employee Affidavit and the acceptance of alternative
documentation/correspondence in this case is consistent with a long-standing allowance
f<lr rancfres-and agrirultural propenies inGarfieid County to provide housing for ranch
hands/employees.
A copy of this letter will be provided to the Building Department in anticipation of their
finalizing the building permit review and issuance of your building permit, Please contact
