I've also inctuded the previous floor ptans of the existing structure that was recentty demotished. The 2 demotition took pl,ace due to the tack of structural, integrity of the structure, in which a soil report was subsequentl,y done to establ,ish proper bearing conditions. The newty proposed structure that is under review has been designed to use the same identicat corners of the previous structure (per a point survey by Scott Btackard/Sexton Surveying Company), so that there woul,d be no increase to the footprint of the previous existing greenhouse/caretaker unit, nor did we add any bedrooms in order to retain the use of the existing septic sYstem. The tax assessor shows 6 buitdings on this ranch property of 510.939 acres. There is not any intent of buitding new structures, yet repl,acing one that previousty existed since the 70's. ln reatity, there never was the intent to buil.d this new structure from scratch untiI our structural engineer found numerous issues with the existing structure.
