Section 5: NW1/4SE1/4 Garfield County, Colorado Dear Mr. Hartmann: Per the conditions of approval listed in the Resolution 2010-08 associated with the GV 82-5 pad location: 9. The Applicant shall be required to submit a report annually, until such time as the well pad is released from the COGCC reclamation bond, of the extraction and processing operation, for staff review. Upon review of any deficiencies pursuant to conditions of approval or other local, state, or federalpermits, Staff mayforward the report to the County Commissioners forJull review of the Special Use Permit. On the GV 82-5 location, normal operations occurred this year which include the following:. • 05/ 13/2024 GV 82-5 Pad Pre-emergent/bare ground Treatment • 06/ 11 /2024 GV 82-5 Pad Noxious Weed Treatment (Russian Knapweed and Canada Thistle) • 10/10/2024 GV 82-5 Pad and Canada Thistle) Noxious Weed Treatment (Russian Knapweed There was no reclamation or workover activity on this pad for 2024. TEP personnel and contractors continually monitor and maintain production equipment, water removal, and production as needed. TEP has reviewed the conditions set forth in the Major Impact Review and remains compliant tinder the conditions of the resolution listed above.
