NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) ELECTRTCAL pERMtTTtNG AND TNSPECTTONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCASTAND SHIELDED.
S) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS OF THE COLORADO STATE FOREST
SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
6) BUtLDtNG CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE NO CONSTRUCTION PARKING / STAGING AREA
OVER ANY EXISTING SEPTIC TANK / LEACH FIELD AREA(S).
7) CURRENT BUILDING APPLICATION WORK SCOPE PERTAINS TO NEW EXTERIOR DECK AND
STAIRS FOR THE MAIN RESIDENCE. NO ASSOCIATED ROOF / STRUCTURAL WORK FOR
DETACHED BARNS / BUNKHOUSES IS INCLUDED UNDER THE CURRENT PERMIT.
B) PROJECT PLAN tS TO UT|LIZE EXTSTTNG FOUNDATTON PTERS. NO NEW DECK PIERS OR
NEW FOUNDATION WORK ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME. IF AFTER DEMOLITION, NEW DECK
PIER CONSTRUCTION IS NECESSARY, THEN BUILDER SHALL OBTAIN FROM KRM
ENGINEERS DEFERRED ENGINEERING DETAILS FOR NEW FOUNDATION PIERS AND SUPPLY
WET STAMPED ENGINEERING TO GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR PRIOR TO
FOUNDATION POUR.
