IF AFTER DEMOLITION, NEW DECK PIER CONSTRUCTION IS NECESSARY, THEN BUILDER SHALL OBTAIN FROM KRM ENGINEERS DEFERRED ENGINEERING DETAILS FOR NEW FOUNDATION PIERS AND SUPPLY WET STAMPED ENGINEERING TO GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR PRIOR TO FOUNDATION POUR.
