Advisory Notice to Owner Builde(s): The engineer's redesign to B ft tall CMU crawl space
foundation wall with 84 inch by 84 inch access opening has been reviewed and re-issued for
non-habitable crawl space use only. Subject space is not approved for future use as a
vehicular garage (as there is no proposed occupancy fire separation). Subject space is also
not construed for use as future habitable living space or as an unfinished basement area (as
there is only one opening, lacks adequate natural light, ventilation, smoke detector, carbon
monoxide alarm, and no rough-in plumbing or electrical shown on prints). lf subject crawl
space contains any propane appliances or equipment, building must comply with PLAN
ATTACHMENT, #60. See redline notes and stamps on AMENDED S.1 for crawl space
ventilation and fire-protection of floor system. Please pay special attention to below 2015
IRC Section R302.13. Compliance will need to be verified prior to issuing the building {inal /
Certificate of Occupancy for this residence.
