AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) puRsuANT TO ATTACHED RECORDED PLAT NOTE#6 -- AND A PROPOSED
BUILDING OVERALL FIRE AREA IN EXCESS OF 3,600 SOUARE FEET -- THIS
PROPERry SHALL INCLUDE A FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM. FIRE SPRINKLER
ROUGH.IN INSPECTION APPROVAL IS REOUIRED BEFORE FRAMING INSPECTION.

CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. (SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS).
6) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT lS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION BY
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER. 1,200 PSF SOIL BEARING.
7) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAMING INSPECTION.
8) DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS: PROVIDE ENGINEER OF RECORD,S CHIMNEY
SUPPORT DETAIL FOR CUT STONE VENEER ABOVE ROOF AT TIME OF FRAMING
INSPECTION.

WITH REOUIREMENTS OF THE FIRE MARSHAL AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS ENCOURAGED TO HAVE THE FIRE MARSHAT SIGN
THE YELTOW INSPECTION CARD FOR ALt FUTURE ROUGH.IN SPRINKLER AND
FINAL INSPECTIONS.

CONDITIONED PORCH TIVING AREA ON SHEETA3.1 - IS LISTED FOR
INSTATLATION IN AN INTERIOR TIVING SPACE AND INSTALLED PURSUANT TO
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. VERIFY NO CHANGE IN FUEL TYPE AND
EOUIPMENT COMPLIES WITH STAMPED PLANS.
