This letter provides notice that you have met all the requirements of the Notice of Violation issued by GCPH on November 18, 2024, and that the NOV is hereby RESOLVED. To receive a Final Acceptance Letter for the new OWTS (required for Certificate of Occupancy of a new residence), GCPH will require a certification letter and as-built drawing from the designer of the new OWTS, as well as proof that the existing, unpermitted septic tank has been removed or crushed in place, as required by the Garfield County OWTS Regulations.
