SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. 6) VERIFY NO CONSTRUCTION PARKING / STAGING AREA OVER THE EXISTING SEPTIC TANK AND LEACH FIELD AREA. HISTORIC SEPTIC DESIGN DOCUMENTS ATTACHED FOR GENERAL REFERENCE, ORIGINAL SYSTEM WAS DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE A TOTAL OF 4 BEDROOMS. INTERIOR RENOVATIONS SHALL NOT INCREASE THE EXISTING BEDROOM COUNT OF 4. 7) NO SECOND KITCHENS WITH FULL SIZE KITCHEN APPLIANCES IS GRAPHICALLY DEPICTED ON RECEIVED ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. SEE WET BAR STAMP: WET BAR DEFINED AS AREA OF A ROOM THAT IS DESIGNED TO BE USED FOR SERVING OF BEVERAGES, THAT MAY ONLY HAVE A SINGLE -BAR SINK AND NO STANDARD SIZE KITCHEN APPLIANCES SUCH AS A STOVE, OVEN, DISHWASHER OR FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR.
