1) THE APPROVED PLANS ARE TO BE ON-SITE FOR INSPECTIONS.
2) SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REOUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS.
3) A LIST OF REOUIRED INSPECTIONS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE PLANS. THE STATE
IS TO PERMIT AND APPROVE THE ELECTRICAL WORK.

4) UNDERGROUND UTlLtry LOCATES rS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER OR
CONTRACTOR. 811 IS THE COLORADO UTILITY LOCATE HOT LINE.
5) DRAINAGE ACROSS PROPERTY LINES SHALL NOT EXCEED THAT WHICH EXISTED
PRIOR TO GRADING. EXCESS OR CONCENTRATED DRAINAGE SHALL BE
CONTAINED ON SITE OR DIRECTED TO AN APPROVED DRAINAGE FACILIry.
EROSION OF THE GROUND IN THE AREA OF DISCHARGE SHALL BE PREVENTED BY
INSTALLATION OF NON.EROSIVE DOWN DRAINS OR OTHER DEVICES.
6) ALL BACKFLOW PREVENTERS ARE REOUIRED TO BE TESTED AND CERTIFIED BY A
LICENSED BACKFLOW SPECIALIST AFTER INSTALLATION AND PRIOR TO ISSUANCE
OF THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
7) ELECTRICAL CODE COMPLIANCE WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON FIELD
INSPECTIONS PERFORMED BY THE STATE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, (303) 869-3458.
PLEASE HAVE THE INSPECTOR SIGN THE BUILDING CARD OR PROVIDE WRITTEN
DOCUMENTATION OF THE INSPECTIONS.
8) THE ELECTRICAL CODE REOUIRES A SEPARATE ELECTRICAL PERMIT FOR LOW
VOLTAGE FIRE ALARMS THAT HAS AN ALARM PANEL AND SEND A NOTIFICATION
TO THE FIRE DISTRICT WHEN UNDER ALARM. A ROUGH-IN INSPECTION WITH THE
STATE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR IS REOUIRED (303) 869.3458. PLEASE HAVE THE
INSPECTOR SIGN THE BUILDING CARD OR PROVIDE WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION
OF THE INSPECTION.
9) GEOTECHNICAL OBSERVATION lS REOUIRED WHEN THE EXCAVATION lS
COMPLETE AND WRITTEN VERIFICATION BE SUPPLIED AT FOOTING INSPECTION,
1600 PSF. SEE THE ATTACHED ENGINEER'S LETTER REVISING THE BEARING
CAPACIry OF THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN.
10)ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING lS TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
11)A PASSING BLOWER DOOR TEST IS REOUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO
ISSUING THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. SMALLER HOMES HAVE DIFFICULTY
TIME COMPLYING WITH 3 AIR CHANGES AN HOUR AT 50 PASCELS. THE
EXCEPTION ALLOWED IN THE 2021 IECC STATED BELOW IS ACCEPTIBLE.
Exception: When testing individual dwelling
units, an air leakage rate not exceeding
0.30 cubic feet per minute per square foot
[0.008 m3/(s x m2)]of the dwelling unit
enclosure area, tested in accordance with
ANSI/RESNET/ICC 380, ASTM E779 or
ASTM E1827 anci reporteci at a pressure of
0.2 inch w.g. (50 Pa), shall be an accepted
alternative permitted in all climate zones
for:
1. Attached single and multiple family
building dwelling units.
2. Buildings or dwelling units that are
1,500 square feet (1 39.4 m2) or smaller.

24"X18". THE ACCESS IS TO BE LARGE ENOUGH TO REMOVE THE WATER HEATER

We made a site visit to perform density tests on structural backfill that has been placed below proposed footing areas. Material to be tested is frozen and will need thawed
before we can perform density testing. We informed the contractor that soils to be tested need thawed.
