ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS
REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS OF THE COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE

GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR. HAVE REBAR COURSES, BOND BEAMS READY TO
INSPECT. FOR ANY PARTIAL INSPECTION i INSTALLATION PHASING NEEDS PLEASE HAVE GENERAL
CONTRACTOR COORDINATE WITH BUILDING INSPECTOR DURING THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION
MEETING AND/OR FIRST FOUNDATION INSPECTION.

the OWTS shall be disconnected/abandoned before scheduling final building inspection for the main 3-bedroom
residence. lf the applicant desires to leave this connection in place, the applicant shall apply for a Garfield County
Alteration OWTS permit and obtain the services of a qualified OWTS professionalto design an OWTS for the total
number of bedrooms and meets current Garfield County OWTS Regulations.
