review. Below is a list of items I wil,[ need a written response on to add to your appl,ication package. I
need to obtain more information to more ful.l,y define the project scope: so I correctty "stamp" and
"condition" this permit -- to match the intended work scope -- and you may schedute at[ needed

detached studio, pump house, bridge and a tree house. However, this survey ptat does not

driveway or bridge structure, correct?
2. What is ELEVATION in feet above sea [eve[ at the buitding site?
3. Foundation repairs appear to depict a new or renovated crawl space area with a singte modest-
sized crawl space opening in main ftoor system.
3.a. ls there mechanical equipment or apptiances instatted in the crawl space now? lf so, please
expound. ( We want to ensure equipment service and associated maintenance tighting and a 2O
ft passageway remains code comptiant afterfoundation repairs are made.)
3.b. Witt any new mechanicat equipment or appl.iance(s) be instatted in this crawl space?
3.c. ls there any existing or proposed LP propane- fueted apptiances in your crawl space?
4. Two different main [eve[ ftoor ptan sheets were submitted. One version of sheet A-1 shows some
new egress window references and "meta[ roof" and "tog siding". The second, depicts some
superimposed HVAC, exterior window openings, U-factor references, and proposed insutation -
presumed for this 28 ft by 6 ft finished tiving addition. BOTH versions of main [eve[ ftoor ptan are
tabel,ed EXISTING FLOOR PLAN. No pages were found tabeted PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN. Other

ELEVATION sheets show kitchen renovations, master bathroom suite / master and kid closet
renovations / mud entry [aundry pantry and mechanical space renovation rrucrk.
4.a. lnasmuch as the (presumed)singte-famity main residence is served by an existing on-site
wastewater treatment system - and as septic tank / [each fietd design capacity is based on total
number of bedrooms, THEN:
4.a.i. What is the total bedroom count = # _in the existing home BEFORE ANY remodel /
renovation I repair work begins?
