ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED
FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) ALL EXTERTOR LtcHTtNG TO BE DOWNCAST AND SH|ELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHALL COMPLYWITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE
DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO THE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR
ADDITIONAL I N FORMATION.
6) NO STRUCTURAL FRAMING PLAN DETAILS SUPPLIED DURING PLANS EXAMINATION. IF STRUCTURAL
MEMBERS ARE ENCOUNTERED DURING DEMOLITION, IT SHALL REMAIN AT DISCRETION OF THE GARFIELD
COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR DURING FRAMING INSPECTION TO REOUIRE SUBMISSION OF ENGINEERED
STAMPED DETAILS FOR AS-BUILT CONDITIONS.
7) SCOPE SHOWS AN NEW ADU WITHIN THE EXISTING RESIDENTIAL FOOTPRINT. OWNER'S ADU CERTIFICATE
OF COMPLIANCE DATED 01/24/2025 IS SCANNED INTO LASERFICHE FOR PERMANENT FILE RECORD.
