Septic Tank Replacement
359 Sun King Drive
Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
OWTS Permit #: SEPT-6506
February 28, 2025
Michelle and Porter,
In 2020, a septic tank was installed at the residence located at 359 Sun King Drive without an inspection
by Garfield County Public Health (GCPH). An appropriate permit was applied for and issued for this
septic tank replacement. The installer provided information and photographs documenting the installation
of the replacement tank for the residence. As indicated in the photographs, the contractor had installed a
new 1,060-gallon two-compartment Roth poly septic tank with an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the
tank. The septic tank is the appropriate size for the number of bedrooms in the house (3-bedrooms) per
Garfield County On-site Wastewater Treatment System Regulations and the tank is found on the
approved list of septic tanks by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE)
and appeared to be installed level with access brought to grade. In our opinion, this tank was installed in
general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield
County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit.
Thank you,
Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
