The following insulation was installed by Mountain Peak Insulation LLP:
R-60 hybrid system to all ceilings (6.0 inches) of foam and R-19 unfaced batt insulation
R-30 hybrid system to all 2x6 exterior walls (2.5 inches) of foam and R-13 unfaced batt
insulation without sip panels
Spray foam any holes cut out on sip panels
R-49 Blow in Blanket insulation to lower level ceiling Packed in for better sound reduction
R-30 unfaced batt insulation to 2x8 interior walls
R-21 unfaced batt insulation to garage common wall with 6 mil vapor barrier
R-19 unfaced batt insulation to 2x6 designated interior sound insulation
R-11 unfaced batt insulation to designated 2x4 interior sound walls
R-19 unfaced batt insulation to interior walls in garage area for sound and stairs
Fire foam penetrations, doors and windows
Declarations: I hereby certify that the above insulation was installed in the building at the above location in
Conformance with the current Energy Efficiency standards for the residential building Energy Code
