At the completion of our final site visit, the owner had installed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the residence, the new poly 1,500-gallon two-compartment septic tank with an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the tank, the new effluent line, the new distribution box, and eight gravelless chamber trenches. The septic tank was installed level with access brought to grade. Five of the trenches consisted of 15 ARC 36 chambers per trench and three of the trenches consisted of 16 ARC 36 chambers per trench (123 total chambers, 1,845 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. We received an as-built drawing of the constructed system and a letter certifying that the system was constructed in compliance with the permitted design from the OWTS designer dated February 20, 2025. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
