I've reviewed the drawings, as well as having visited the site. Tim and I have conferred and we feel that the changes you
would like to make are in line with the intent of the guidelines. Therefore, your submission is approved by the Sunlight

I am the new owner of L48 Laird Lane. We are hoping to remodel our primary bath which includes updating/relocating
the shower and expanding the walk in closet. This would also include removing two windows - one is a full length
window in our shower that is clearly visible from the walking path'
The second is a tall window that is in the main area that gives our rear neighbors a clear view into our bathroom
especially in the early mornings and evenings.
There is also a full length window from where the bath tub sits. We would like to keep the size of the window, but raise
and rotate so that again we can gain a little privacy.
We would match the exterior to the current siding.
We are hoping to get the ball rolling as soon as we have approval. lf you have any questions, please don't hesitate to
