FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO THE GARFIELD COUNTY

6) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. 1,500 PSF soil bearing.
7) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR AT
TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION.

COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT RETAIN PRIVILEGE TO REOUIRE OWNER TO
OBTAIN DEFERRED DETAILS FOR FIRE-SEPARATION STAMPED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
ARCHITECT. OWNER BUILDER IS ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS PROPOSED FIRE- ASSEMBLY
