Subject: RE: 3 Mile Follow Up
Good Afternoon Glenn,
I hope you are doing well. After discussions with Phillip, and reviewing FEMA requirements, we
put together the attached detail sheet for the anchoring system. As noted on the drawing, a
Geotechnical Engineer will provide services to calculate the soil torque and other bearing
conditions, and a structural engineer will provide recommendations on bolt sizing for each
specific home. Please let me know if you have any questions on the proposed detail or need
anything else to formally add this detail to our application.
I will plan to swing by and drop off paper copies of this sheet to be added to our application
Wednesday morning.
Thank you!

Glenn - thanks for taking my call yesterday. Outlined below are the next steps we
discussed.
- we will send a supplement to our application outlining dwelling units in the floodplain
and describing FAME-compliant tie-down plans for those units as part of our permitted
scope of work.
- early next week County will send Attorney's office and CDD comments on our
application, including details about additional mineral rights research that may be
required.
- following submission of the tie-downs sheet and title work re: mineral rights, County
will finalize completeness review and route applicaiton for review.
Let me know if I missed any detail. We look forward to hearing from you ASAP and to
getting the review wrapped up in a timely manner. Thanks again for your help.
Cheers,
