The property is currently served by an existing well operating under Well permit No. 204416. This is an exempt well permit approved pursuant to c-R-s-s 37- 92-602(3), which is capable of serving up to three single family dwellings (sFD)' irrigating up to one acre of irrigation, and providing water for domestic animalsaivestock. The Appticant is legally entitled to rl} interest in this well pursuant to a shared well agreement, which allows for domestic use in one sFD' To serve additional dwelling units and uses, Applicant must secure a non- exempt well permit and a Basalt Water Conservancy District water allotment contract to augment the additional uses.
