3) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC BOARD. ELECTRICAL
ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINALAPPROVAL IS
REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE
DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO THE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR
ADDITIONAL I NFORMATION.
6) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT lS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTTON AND PRIOR TO ANY CONCRETE
POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR.
2,500 PSF soil bearing. Provide compaction report for any structural fill.
7) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERING FOR BUTLDING INSPECTOR AT TIME OF
FRAME INSPECTION.
8) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BYA COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT
FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACK
REOUIREMENTS / BUILDING ENVELOPE.
9) FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE: A FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A
COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED PRIOR TO FRAME INSPECTION. THIS
CERTIFICATE SHALL VERIFY THAT FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION IS A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES ABOVE
FLOODPTAIN ELEVATION.
10) SEPTIC SYSTEM REVIEW / APPROVALS: PRIOR TO BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF
OCCUPANCY PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAUSIGN-OFF FROM GARFIELD COUNry'S PUBLIC HEALTH
DEPT.
